Tree Shear for a Kubota B21?

Jerry, I agree with you. We get about 1 call a week about a individual wanting to buy a shear or logging winch for these smaller tractors. I cannot in good faith, suggest that someone buy one. Sooner, rather than later, someone is going to get hurt or worse.--Ken Sweet

Thanks, for the concern, but mine will be used for small to medium cedars.

Not only how much it weighs, but how tall it is and the kind of leverage it can exert. I can personally pick the end of a BX23 off the ground with No leverage.

A very good point Jerry, and realistic for sure.
I would only be interested in doing saplings and was myrtle etc. myself. I've done enough tree felling and other timber work to have a huge respect for the dangers. I woulnd't use a tree shear with a BIG tractor to do large stuff! I'm too chicken **** for that and don't mind the admission of it. John
