At first I went through the chesapeak bay foundation, they gave me some hints on water runoff, but they brought a guy from our local ag agency. Now I just deal with them.(local ag)

CRP is administered by the Natural Resource Conservation Service, USDA. Though it is a federally funded program, each state NRCS office has it's own particular way of working with property owners. Your local conservation district serves as a contact liason for property owners and is usually pleased to give you guidance on how to qualify for assistance.
