Or perhaps a spring loaded hinge? So the light could "break away" and then spring back into place.

That is the ticket!!! That would be awesome!:thumbsup: I just hit another fence post this weekend:mad:. Bent it back, again! I guess I will have these removed not by choice, but by force:ashamed:.

Wacky: "I guess I will have these removed not by choice, but by force." That's clearly why I changed mine. The lights were holding up, but the mounts were getting beat up to the point that they would eventually beak off the tractor.

Don't have the mount problem today, but have replaced one light due to cracked lens. Ordered a replacement lens, but got the more expensive light instead. Dunno, maybe they don't actually sell the lens separately.

If anyone tries my solution, remember that the lights are reversed when ordering.
