Very good BCP. For some reason when the name was changed it upset me. Don't remember why.

But even Bolder Dam was a misnomer. Dam was not built at or in Bolder canyon as proposed.

Anyone know Who was the major person / contractor on the project??
Was it finished on time and on Budget???
