I have an old Powerking tractor that I love. I can't remember if it has done this since I've had it of if it just started. I built a grader box to spread and level dirt, gravel or anything else I want to make flat. It's a pain in the back end when you are moving along with a box load of material and need to lift up a little to fill in low spots and hit the lever to raise the box it falls down before it starts to raise. This makes it almost impossible to do any kind of decent job when I am trying to do any finish work.

I know the little tractor has it's limits but I have gotten a lot of work out of this ol girl. Just wonder if this is a normal thing or if it's something that can be fixed. Thanks!!

Not familiar with that tractor, but I'd take a look at the feedback linkage for the 3PH control.

Dont know if you have a service manual...if you do look for anything related to that. If not...maybe try googling for how to adjust the feedback linkage on your tractor

Not sure what feedback linkage is or if there is such a thing on this old tractor.

ITs what makes the 3PH a position control valve.

There would be an adjustable rod attached to the rocker arms of the 3PH that moves as the hitch raises. This gives "feedback" to the valve so it knows when to stop based on lever position. Hence "position control".

Dont know how to explain it other than give you those "key words" to search pertaining to your model or to look in a manual for your machine
