I'm hoping someone can provide some insight into a problem that I am having with my 3 pt hitch. I was using the 2520 today to haul some trees that I had dropped. Nothing big and they were cedar so pretty light stuff. I had hauled maybe 5 or 6 of them (one at a time and for about 150 feet). I had the 3 pt all the way up and turned of the tractor. I then went to lower the 3 pt and there was nothing. It feels like there is no pressure at all. So now it is stuck in the up position.

Any thoughts?

Would it be possible the "rate of drop valve" somehow got turned/closed?

My thought as well. Knob is located just below the front of the seat. Open that up a bit. If you have no implement on the 3 pt it may need a little push on the links to drop it.

That was it. Thanks a lot guys......must have been having a senior moment as the knob never even occurred to me. Very much appreciated.
