Trouble with Pat's easy change system

Installed pats on my NH TC29 and with a KK rear blade installed,it keeps coming disconnected from the lower arms, It is cat1 and has cat1 pins,any ideas?

Well. you need to give a better description of how it disconnects, a pic of the hookup, etc.

Of course you can call Pat's for support.

I have 2 sets that have had hard use and NEVER disconnected

If the spring loaded catches are extened over the pins and you have pins in the ends on cat pins it will not cone unhooked. I had some trouble with one of mine where the spring loaded catch wouldn't always deploy. A couple of minutes with the angle grinder and the interference was solved. The problem on mine was that if the arm was slightly twisted on the pin the catch would not deploy.

If the latch has the tongue over the implement pin and the "Pats" washer is on, it won't come off. I have had 3 sets of Pats on 4 tractors and have never had one come unlatched.

As the others have stated, the Pat's system consisting of the spring-loaded latch on top of the implement's pin is what secures the pin from the top. If the spring is broken, damaged, or stretched, the latching system may fail.

As the implement is hooked up, there should be an audible "CLICK" when the latch locks from the top.

Make sure that the lever that holds the latch open is not engaged. The newer Pat's has a locking system that swings and keeps that latch in place. Not only does it lock the latch open, but it locks it closed when used correctly.
