Troubleshoot weak start on Deere 650 tractor

Thanks 'beenthere' for the help along with 'Oldtink' and 'Ed L'. After i do some bush-hogging ill get the tractor back home and re-do the old ugly wiring. Right now the safety lights and headlights are not operational.
