Troy Bilt Horse attachments on BCS tractors?

There's a log splitter for sale near me for a Troy Bilt Horse. It has a 3 dog PTO and the seller claims it works with a BCS (I don't think that's something he's tested, there's no way to bolt it up!)

I've been searching for hours trying to find some information on the PTO speed of the old Troy Bilt tractors. All I've found is the tiller tine speed in the original Horse manual.

Anyone have any info on the PTO speed of the old Horse tractors? Anyone know if the 3-dog PTO couplings mate properly? If the RPM matches it's just a matter of machining up a mating surface adapter, count me in! Heck, if I have to machine a BCS coupling to fit on the shaft and then make up a mating plate, still easy enough!

My Troy Bilt has 2 pulley pairs, slightly different in size, with a belt to shift between. PTO RPM, as a wild guess, is probably around 20% above or below engine speed.

The TroyBilt attachments are designed to have input speeds at or near full engine speed or 3600rpm. BCS attachments use up to 960 rpm but turning in the opposite direction. BCS offers a power cradle which attaches to the tractor BCS with increase the PTO speed to 3600 rpm. They require this power cradle to run their logs spitter, pressure washer and water pumps. Still the coupling of TroyBilt attachments to the BCS will be a bit of challenge.
