Troybuilt junior carb spring and governor linkage

I have an old troybuilt junior tiller hs40-55580k it’s from the 80s I believe it won’t engage the throttle when I pull the linkage cable I believe I’m missing a spring or linkage rod off the carb! Does anyone else own one and be willing to post a pick of there carb so I can see the carb springs and governor springs and how they are attached please and thank you

That is exactly what I wanted thank you. Do you know what that piece is that attaches to the throttle and the top of the governor and where I might be able to order one

I helped a friend with an old Troy Built. I have no idea if this helps but maybe you can zoom in and see if it helps.
