True cowards

The Taliban have certainly verified who the true cowards are as they put their tails between their legs and run! If they can't be sneaking around and catching defenseless civilians off guard, then they don't want anything to do with a fight.

I was reading an article in U.S. News & World Report about Afghanistan. Apparently there are groups of traders who sell various goods and who travel throughout Afghanistan. Unlike the usual 'taxes' the Taliban collect, they have taken to kidnapping groups of these people and forcing them to dig trenches on the front lines. Another tactic: when American bombing is impending, the Taliban move their tanks to areas populated by civilians.

Cowards for sure.

Now how can you say that? We've been hearing what fierce fighters they are. And we all saw with our own eyes an example of their hand-to-hand combat skills.
