Hey all... i ended up going ahead on the SSQA with the 66" bucket...he brought total price down to $850 with adapter and new bucket...converting old adapter was $300 differ so with the $100 trade in ended up only being $200 difference in price... it was only a $40 difference between the 60 & 66" buckets.. i was going to go smaller but he made a good point of saying that it was only 3" difference on each side of the tractor...said it'd be great for back scraping to cover the tracks...

i held off on the WR Long tooth bar on it... I think I'm going to get the Piranha toothbar for a few reasons...main one being what i wanted the rotary cutter was for clearing a bunch of saplings and brush down by the river.. if it works as good as it looks on youtube, I can instead put that $ toward the Wicked Grapple  any other tooth bars that I should be considering?

speaking of Grapples---- Should i only be considering the Wicked grapple or are the others that should be reviewing as well? EA seems to really like the single lid..does the double lid really add a lot of advantage?

thanks all for the advise..

LOL.. I knew this is where the tractor buying process gets expensive...ACCESSORIES

Let's talk lights... what options do you all recommend for ROPS light that are fwd facing as well as rear facing? It'd be awesome to figure out a way to have a light bar on a swivel mounted under the top bar of the ROP so that I could position it in both directions depending on where I'm working...

U have pics of your set up?

EA grapples are sweet. Mine is a double lid on a 72" bucket.

Check on Wildcat attachments (think Denton NC)
I bought their 48" grapple and I use on my 50hp - works great, had it for about 3 years and was not real expensive but is very well built. Heck I had a 22" round tree get taken out durning a storm and the tree fell right on the grapple. Bent the cyl. cover and 2 tines - hit it with some heat and a sledge and that took care of it - no "real" damage and still going strong.

I have a single round LED flood facing front, mounted on the ROPS (you'll see there are threaded bosses welded to the front in the hinge area, which make for great mount points -- it's a metric thread). Another rear facing light is mounted on the bracket that formerly held my orange triangle. Both give more than enough light. Under the left fender you will find a connector that goes to the 10A worklight circuit, and that's a great place to tap in and add a switch. No need to go overkill on the lights, and 10A is plenty with LEDs.

If he has a 10A circuit to tap into, Might as well go with 27W LED's. My Little Max has 3 AMP and 2 Amp Circuits, so I went with 18W. I never popped a fuse, so I could have used 27W LED's

Mine are 18W and plenty bright. I'd probably go a little brighter if I had to do it again, only because prices have come way down. When I bought my lights in 2011, they were about $100 each. They are a good brand -- SoundOffSignal, which makes police/fire vehicle lighting -- but I think a similar light would be $30-40 nowadays, or $10 if you don't mind cheap Chinese lights from Amazon. I put those cheap lights on my RTV and so far they are fine. Clearly not as waterproof, but for $10 I can live with that.

My boat came with Rigid Industries LED lights, and they are pricey but top quality. Very efficient power ratings considering all the light they put out.

Amazon.com: LEDKINGDOMUS 4 X 18W Spot Offroad 6 inch LED Light Bar Work Driving Work Light Signal Row SUV 4WD Boat Truck: Automotive

All 4 of these on will give you plenty of light and will not overload your alternator. 2 front 2 rear, or 2 or facing front one to rear with a spare.
Some guys go crazy with lights. I just have one 18W LED facing front one rear.

A nice feature of these lights is they can be mounted on the ROPS and easily turned to the front or rear since they are mounted on a pivot. I put a pair under the ROPS crossbar on my B9200. It's amazing how much light an 18 watt LED puts out!

Yeah - the ROPs lights are very DIY-able. Cut the yellow wire under the dash and install a switch and use the yellow wire at the rear fender for some LED's. I have two 27-watt facing forward and two rearward on the CUTs and one 18w each direction on the 2210 SCUT since it is used less frequently. Two hours and 60 bucks and you are golden.
