TS110 16x16 no forward or reverse

I have a 1998 NH TS110 16x16 transmission that does not have any forward or reverse. I have replaced the control body gasket and got creaper mode and the NH dealership told me to do an H7 test that brought up code 775. I can not find 775 in any of my manuals, does anyone know what the code is for or any other ideas on what to check to get forward and reverse gears back?
