I still need to T-couple the wing hoses together into one remote hole?

Yes, they are on the rod end.

The book says green, blue , tan and black.
G= Right hand outer
BL= Right hand inner
T= Left hand inner
Black= Right hand outer

Remote control valve 1(Green) has float.

I don't get the right hand inner/outer stuff. The remotes are 2 to the left and 2 to the right. The top and bottom ones are together vertically and the other 2 on the right side are vertical.
