Does the tranny and hydraulics share the same oil?
Does the tranny and rear-end share the same oil?
There is a small hose coming from behind the shifter to under the seat, is it suppose to connect under the seat or are the two holes vents that should both have seperate open hose? Any help,,, Thanks

The transmission and rear end share the same oil. Owners manual says use 90wt.
Hydraulics uses hydraulic oil. The hose on mine is connected from the shifter to a tube in the "Tool Box". Owners manual confirms they connect together.

So it is not a vent and should be connected together?

Do you know where the filter screen for the hydraulics is located, or if it even has one? Thanks for the info on the fluids

Yes, they should be connected together. There is a filter screen in the flange where the hydraulic suction line bolts to the case of the hydraulic unit. Suction is the big line.
