Be careful not all the generator parts are the same as the tractor parts, different oil pan and sump, hoses, pump drives ect.

Some parts will interchange , sometimes a lot of questions have to be asked about the requested replacement part, plus pic's. I cant think of or know all differences but; adding to Mongers list, cyl heads and head gaskets, alternators, pulleys ..............

Most generator engines, in addition to governor and timing changes, have different (lighter) flywheels also. Some have just enough of a flywheel to support a ring gear for starting.
