I own a KK box blade, landscape rake, rear blade and a 3pt boom, the first boom I picked up wouldn't even fit the three pt..whoever welded it up did not use a jig, and you better break out your grinder to remove all the very sharp edges.

I thought about getting one of their tillers but decided against it due to the workmanship of the non-moving part implements I already have.
I purchased these implements three years ago.. their QC department may be better.

How do you know if the shaft is too long? Then, what is the procedure and method to cut it? How do you know how much to cut off?

It is explained pretty thoroughly in my bx manual. Might want to check you manual. I would think that with the 3030 you have you may not have to cut at all.
