Somewhere in the dark recesses of my mind I remember reading that 7 psi was the magic number that an intercooler became worth while. Below that the loss of power due to warmed air was not a problem as the loss due to the intercooler would not overcome the loss due to the warm air.

Did that make sense:confused2: Anyway that's what I remember:)

My 3520 has a factory turbo and no intercooler. I wouldn't see a reason why this guy would need one with minimal boost

i am thinking about putting a turbo on my rtv 900,how do you adjust the pump on your 1100?
