Many newer digital cameras (including my Canon A75) can record sound movies. One way to share sound or video is upload to the webspace your ISP provides with your internet subscription, then post a link to it. Here's an example I posted last year:

And be sure to include the following: /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

"Amaze your friends at work! Crank up the volume and play this for them."

The sound of a small loud turbodiesel should brighten up a few office cubicles!
