Turbo squealing

Hello all, I am having problems with my turbo squealing after i start my TC. It keeps squealing until I increase the RPM. Any thoughts?

Here is a picture of a typical day for my toolcat on our horse farm. That or hauling horse ****.

Are you sure it's the turbo and not the belts?

This is a stretch, but check the bolts that hold the exhaust pipe to the turbo flange if you see carbon smudging on the bottom of the bed/box.

If it is turbo squeal it would only do this a few times before it failed, then you would have black exhaust smoke and low engine power. Check belts including drive blet tension, the spring loaded idler may need to be set tighter to allow for belt wear.
