I have Lackender's scraper blade for their minihoe. Works pretty well. Slips over the teeth and one bolt holds it on.

I could not find the scraper blade on their website. Do you have picture or link?

I saw it for $44 but they have no picture of it. Mine is under a couple of feet of snow right now.

When the snow melts, how about a picture?

Edit: Oh, you live in NY. So the snow will melt it June?

I have a picture of mine but it is at a distance and, well, I am in the photo so we will have to wait for Ken. Basically it is just a cap that goes over the teeth. Angle Iron bent really sharp or what I actuall think is two peices of metal welded in a tight v, end caps that are V and a steel strap that comes off the center which you run a bolt through to hold it in place.

Amazing what 50 degree temps and 3 inches of rain can do.

Here are pictures of the Lackender scraper. Had no light out there so had to shoot blind. It would be easy to make the blade deeper or wider if desired. This has worked well for me.

I made a plate similar to what kismolo made. Mine was 1/2" steel attached with bolts running between the teeth, to a piece of angle on the back side, that hooked over the butt end of the teeth.

The problem with a scraper on a mini backhoe, is the machine lacks the weight needed to counter the forces created by such a large surface. Unless you moving very lose material, you end up having to take very soft swipes to prevent the machine from moving all over the place.

As a result, I found a smaller 14" scraper to be much more productive, than a larger one.

Alright! Thanks Ken. Good pictures. I think I can build that pretty easily. So what is the ratio between the bucket width and the scraper width. I think copying that would be good. It looks like about 1 to 2.
