Turning off the service indicator light

Hmm... seems to me that the engine should not be running... but the key turned on so you see the panel... not sure if I am remembering correctly.....might give each way a try see if that works for you.

Ok guys, I got it now. It was a user problem of course. I misunderstood things a bit. You gotta toggle to the hour meter and then simultaneously hit both buttons at the same time and hold for a few seconds. You can't just hold the hour button down and then the other. The keyword here is "simultaneously". The sevice light is now off. Ahhh...lifes simple victories. Thanks for the input.
