Two general questions about the Bolens Iseki G152

I have two questions about my G152, first one is does anyone happen to know where I can get or have a cross reference in brands for the Capa CP-145 spin on type of Hydraulic/Transmission fluid filter, and maybe what they cost or part number also. Second one is does anyone know what is the cylinder that is in the hydraulic/transmission fluid cooler line that is on the right side as you are sitting on the tractor above the front wheel, looks like mine has a small leak from one end of it, an oring seal in it maybe? Seems like it would be a filter or screen or something?

NAPA cross reference for the filter is 1205

That Napa 1205 I actually ordered locally and it is incorrect, it is a much much larger diameter than the CP145, I think those additional letters and numbers on the Capa filter napa cross references actually mean its another filter altogether, they dont list just the CP145.
