Two loaded rear tire questions

I have had AVT wheels with tubes in them rust. If the tire has holes that water can get into them the water seams to find a way to get between the tube and steel wheel and never get back out again. A tractor could be different since you run at higher pressures.

Actually, no difference at all. Same thing applies to any tire with a tube.

If there is a hole in the tire, water can get in.
