TX1300 Gearcase fill

Can't find my manual, can someone confirm that A below is for filling the gearcase and B the rear hydraulics? I've got a 5 gallon bucket of gear oil ready to go.

Yes, the hydraulics don't work and the strap is holding up the three point hitch.
