What do you mean "reworked". What to do, how, where.
Bosch noz cost from 35 to 50 euros, monark cost 25 euros. I pay 35 probably should pay 50.

When I put in new nozzles, the inj assembly is put on a "pop tester" & checked for opening pressure, correct atomization & leakage.
When the atomization isn't correct, the tip is removed & the pintle{center piece} is removed & "lapped in" to the body using 38-1200 lapping compound,
its cleaned & reassembled & the whole process is tried again..

25 euros = about $29.00 US LIST PRICE on the nozzles are $14.00 US.. THAT MEANS your paying DOUBLE what they sell for, for AFTERMARKET parts.!!!

I have lapped the nozzles. One old noz works better the other is the same. New nozzles one much better the other like old on that is better. But non of the nozzles pops. When i slowly increase preasure oll nozzles drip, but when i pump faster one of new and one old spray olmost OK.

They're actually "throttling pintle" nozzles..
they aren't made to POP.. as long as the hold pressure at 200 psi BELOW opening pressure, no drips, its good.
Now the spray pattern is a diff story.. its checked at a full stroke & should be a nice conformed cone shape..
