Hoping someone out there has spent some time using the TYM T1003CAB tractor which comes in two different specks. I'm looking to purchase the higher speck one with power shift and would like some feedback on what people think of this tractor. Any problems either mechanical or electrical? To me they look like a good rugged tractor which is simply to maintain. Main use will be on a dairy farm feeding hay to livestock, front end loader work and some pasture cultivation.

Thanks

There was someone on here who has had the 90 and 100 hp ones. It almost the Sam tractor as the Mahindra MPower 100, I think.

Thanks, I did manage to find that thread.

A local agriculture event allowed me to compare the TMY 1003 against all the other major tractor brands and when comparing like for like the TYM stacks up real well. Selling points for me where the rugged construction and finish to the tractor. The cab is spacious, which is saying something because many of the other well known brands are simply to cramped inside without even a spot to place a few tools behind the seat, with one very well known brand I had to move the steering wheel each time just to get out of the cab.

This is a tractor which has been around in its current configuration for several years now which says to me that its a design that works and that any problems should have been sorted out long ago.

Price, well this is where the TYM really stands out, when compared to other brands with the same specs the TYM was $15,000 to $20,000 less expensive. Very hard to pass that up, so I've bitten the bullet and placed my order. Hope to have the tractor in about 3 weeks time and after I've put some hours on it I will do another post to let you know what I think.

cant comment on the 100hp model but my T451 has been a good machine.I have the glass cab model other than a few relatively small problems(which ive posted in forums here) Im overly pleased with my tractors ability, cost and overall value.Im not pleased with service and parts availability from the dealer.Mine has the kubota engine 45hp

I'm happy with my T354 and I think you'll be happy with yours. Congrats on the purchase! Let us know how it is after you get some hours on it.
