Thanks to everyone for your help. I was able to trace the problem to the relay (which is mounted next to the horn, above the battery), and even managed to repair the relay although I may replace it at some point. You can see in the picture that one of the primary wires had broken free of the terminal, so I soldered it back in place and voila!
