Torvy, I think touched the issue. Check the air filter and the intake hoses and assembly. A diesel sucks a lot of air. Cut back the air and it will run hot.
Also, as has been said by a few not enough pressures to damage the fins but air or water clean all the coolers on the tractor. I have on I think with three radiators or is it four?
