Are any of the hydraulics lines getting warm or hot quicker than the others?

Buzzing or squealing noise could be a relief valve operating and that would create heat which is why asking about a line getting warm or hot.

During repairs were the lines to the loader valve removed?

I've noticed a few lines getting warm, while the noise is happening i can feel the line vibrating vigoursly, and yes the lines from the valve body were removed as well as the HST Pump. When the control valve was reinstalled it was reinstalled with new bonded
washers As well, we tried a different valve body but the noise hasn't gone away. Where do you think the relief valve would be located? as there are a few.

Were repairs done by a dealer under warranty? If yes the dealer should be fixing this.

Follow the pressure line from the pump to the first valve it attaches to. If designed properly the relief will be in that valve assembly.

Does that model tractor have two separate pumps one for steering and the other for implements or just one pump with priority flow control supplying oil to the steering circuit? Reason for asking is steering is usually a separate circuit from loader and 3 point.

The tractor has 1 HST pump witch is basically the transmission, and has a charge pump to assist in moving the fluid. So technically speaking it has one punp with priority flow control

What about the implement and steering.

HST is a totally separate system

HST is a totally separate system
The Hydrostatic transmission is what supplies the implements with pressure, it pressures the entire system including steering. Front end loader. Rear 3 point, and rear remote, it has a charge pump as well witch is only there to assist in pulling fluid. The charge pump is on the suction side of the system, the pump pressures fluid to a diverter valve witch then sends it to either the steering, loader valve or pto solenoid valve.

The HST is a “Closed loop” system where oil goes from the HST pump to the HST motor back to the HST pump. The charge pump supplies make up oil for losses in this circuit.

The loader, steering, 3 point are “Open loop” systems where oil flows from the pump to a valve, from valve operates a function. Return oil returns to tank.

Only commonality is the reservoir.
