TYM T400 won’t start… please help

Hello all!
I’ve read just about every post or forum I can find about this with minimal luck.
Parked my tractor after doing a little cutting and it sat for a week to 2 weeks. Now it’ll spin over and will not start.
I’ve changed the oil filter, bled everything up to the petcock on the injection pump. Cracked the injectors to bleed them and fuels barely coming out. I don’t think it is the injection pump but I don’t know what else it can be? Any help would be a huge help. Pics for reference.

Clean the air filter and ensure the air path from there to the intake manifold is clear. Does it have glow plugs? Are they getting voltage? Determine this with a voltmeter not a dash light. Are the glow plugs good?

New air filters.
Has glows and I have not checked the voltage but will. Dash does light up.
May go ahead and replace them anyway.

U said u bled it to the inj pump..
Does it have a good pulse of fuel going to the inj pump FROM the supply pump.?
Does it have an electric shut off solenoid.??
Can u hear it clicking on/off.??

Have you pushed that little paddle to prime it up (in pic # two)
