There is an spot in the right upper corner to click for english. TYM builds the 10 series for Mahindra, there are a number of members here who have one. My 2810HST has been a great machine so far.

They used to be sold as either Scorpion or Millenium barnd tractors. As already mentioned, they make models marketed under other brands such as Mahindra.

I first encountered TYM several months ago at Agmag.com, after some research it appeared that they too sell their products under various labels. Initially I saw this as an opportunity to capture a good product without being subject to the premium pricing associated with the Big 3. However, once I realized that the closest dealer that could actually provide service (some dealers may promote a brand, yet know nothing about it) was several hundred miles away I decided to look elsewhere. Overtime the conventional wisdom espoused by many TBNers was that unlike a commodity such as a Toyota or a Honda, the value of the service relationships is critical to my success in understanding and utilizing the equipment to its fullest potential. Hence I felt that the value of this relationship out weighed the money saved by making such a purchase. Lastly, if you're looking at used equipment, you may find that this marginal difference is not as noticable as it is with new equipmnet. Hope this helps.

They've had Tym tractors at our local Farm Fair here for a couple of years. They seem very solid with some standard items that are great. For example rear remotes, however, they don't appear to have the "fine finishing" that the big guys have.

A dealer in Oregon: Valley View Tractors

I think they are assembled in Oregon. The TYM-USA tractors have Kubota engines which I think are different then the Mahindra 10 series engines. Same frame and body though.

They are a heavy tractor and look well built.

TYM made my Mahindra 4110 Tractor. the pictures posted by Knight9 look like my tractor but with no gray, My 4110 has a Daedong engine.
I have 445 hrs on this tractor with no complaints, it has exceeded my expectations and needs. If I had to do it over - I would buy this tractor again, Just keep in mind I'm am talking the Mahindra brand with its extensive network of good dealers, Have no clue about TYM brand tractor and their differences with Mahindra tractors or their network of dealers in USA

I was serious about buying a TYM tractor a couple of years ago - they looked like really good units. The engines are either made by Kubota or John Deere, and from what I could determine, they seemed like very well built and well equipped machines for the money. I was worried about repairs and warranty work - and TYM did a good job of convincing me that I could bring the tractor to any reputable repair shop and get warranty service.

I ended up with a NH TN70S because I found a great deal on it, and I wanted a tractor that would handle a big backhoe. Otherwise, those TYM tractors looked really nice.

thanks for all the input, Ive decided to go with nh or mf because they both brought one to my house for me to try and I think Ill go with the nh /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
