TZ with Woods Groundbreaker X backhoe mounted

From what I recall, Woods claims that the ground clearance of the backhoe is 10.5", 1.5" higher than the Kubota backhoe. They claimed that ground clearance was something they focused on during development.

So far, that BH 6000 looks good in Orange, Green, & Blue. Can't wait to see the Red version.

Great pictures. I always go Chappels in Bretwood. I need to take a trip down. The picture titled NH_FEL_Quickattach, what tractor was that on?

Thanks

The pictures were taken at the Chappels in Milford. I can't remember what exact model the quick attach was on - it was a TC series but I didn't look at the model number. I went up there to look at bucket quick attach methods because I am trying to figure out a way of making the bucket on my Kubota BX23 a quick attach. When I saw the Woods BH on the TZ and the Kubota L39 I figured people would be interested so I snapped off a bunch of pictures.

Thanks, I have been looking at doing something with my tc24d. Have you looked in to the ATI quick attach? It's about $300 dollars for my machune. I beleive there are some pictures on this site for a Bx tractor.

I looked at the ATI but it looks like it moves the pivot point of the bucket out another few inches which will decrease some of the digging capacity of the FEL. I would like to see some pics or see a tractor in person that has used the ATI but I havent found anybody yet who has one.

This was a concern of mine to. Things are fairly tight though, and without some major welding on my bucket I don't see an easy way around it. Still playing with making my own. Just need some time to sit and think it through. Have you checked out John Deeres? I beleive I have seen them on the 41xx series tractors. They are a bit bigger than the 2210 (JD's version of the BX). I don't know if the 2210 comes with it. JD has a really nice website where you can view parts books online.

Good luck.

I've seen a few 2210's in the last couple of months with the quick attach, apparently from the factory. That's about the only thing I like about the 2210's bulky, oversized FEL setup.

I have looked at the JD 2210 and 41xx series tractors and they both come with the FEL bucket quick attach. That was one of the major things I liked about the 2210 when I was comparing SubCUT's before I bought my BX23. I liked the NH TZ series too - if the Woods backhoe had been out when I was looking my choices would have much tougher and I might have ended up with a TZ or a 2210 instead of the BX23.
