Unfortinuate Decision for NH (TN75 replacement)

1,2,3. Adjust pressure detent kickout on tractor remote valve.
4. Probably transmission pressure sending unit; need fault code to verify
5,6 can't say for sure, but "complete failure" sounds like one power problem that did not get fixed.
7 Not the first one I have heard of or seen
8 That is a new one, bet I could find a bolt for a temp fix.
9 Seat switch problem, or items behind seat have damaged switch wiring.
10 OK, may need a sender.
11 Usually coupler problems on new units are operator-induced.
12 An active fault that needs to be addressed.
Sounds like a problem tractor that could have been fixed rather easily by a good troubleshooter. Lousy dealers make a bad name for manufacturers. Good dealers help make up for sloppy QC at the factory.Good luck with the Kubotas.

1,2,3, both dealers tried adjusting the detent, finally second dealer installed clip in cab to keep valve engaged. I'll post a picture of it later.
11 Hydraulic hoses installed by first dealer ran from FEL to rear remotes, long runs. Last time the tractor was up at new dealer I had them change them to that they would couple/decouple up just in front of the FEL. A coupler leaks, that's call workmanship as I've never disconnected the FEL.

My original choice of NH still stands, I'm sorry to have to buy Kubota but they are a good tractor too. My second choice was again NH but Corporate failed to remotely acknowledge the down time this unit has had, they insulted me with there bullsnort offer.

I don't know who thinks what has happened or what is going to happen is going to be fun, it's not and I tried to avoid it but now I'm ticked off and I have the means to make this hurt them.

On a more positivie note, I took possession of my TC45D this last weekend and put 4 hours on without an issue.

Sure hope you get what you are looking for.

We looked at the 45D for my wife to drive and mount the in-row Rineri EL cultivator on, it had a lot of nice features to it. I really liked the fact that the seat swivel around so you didn't have to use a pint of Ben Gay after going up and down the vineyard rows all day twisted around. I didn't like the fact that the foot pedals were reversed from the TN. I know NH has had great success with them and I hope no one has the problems I have had. NH doesn't need to let anyone down like this.

I did not want to own three tractors, one is enough! I thought I'd be able to get a crawler/dozer and ole' dump truck to run around the property on, now that's a distant dream.

Since I'm a NH and Kubota owner I'll post a few differences (nothing too down) between them.

Sorry I didn't mean to be too harsh. I guess it just goes to shwo what a difference a dealer makes. When my dealer went to bat for me at New Holland, everything was taken care of and a new tractor was built in Italy and shipped to me. This was the case even though it didn't take New Holand Engineering very long to resolve the issues with my original TN. I did find as I have previously posted that threating New Holland corporate was absolutely the wrong thing to do. (It almost backfired and cost me a lawsuit. The zone rep told me that one I threatened a lawsuit, corporate policy would no longer allow him to help me at all). My dealer, myself and zone rep were able to work it all out.

Scott, I think the person you need to sit on is the New Holland zone rep and the New Holland technical rep for your area. They were both very helpful in my TN's case.

Sorry you have had so many problems. But I still think the dealer must have been part of the problem.
I have an older TN with hundreds of hours and I suspect that Andy and Robert as well as others are also getting up there in hours.

Also I use mine for hard farm work on rough ground.

No problems. In fact my machine is the envy of many of my neighbors who have other color machines and have a lot more problems.

Your TN must be the lemon in the otherwise very high quality product line.

Was the remote installed by the dealer? The third remore use to be an option which some dealers would install. If the fomer NH dealer did not know their business and started messing around with the machine then this could have been the cause of all your problems.

The regional technical mgr quit and went to work for Kubota. I've been told that a new mgr has not come on board yet. The regional sales mgr is part of the problem, he refuses to acknowledge the fact that there is a problem. duh..

Our corporate general counsel has agreed to help me off-line (he used to be Honda USA GC so he knows lemon laws). IHisHO, NH Corp should be concerned.

This situation has cost me money, NH Corp is completely aware of the problems and I believe they think the problem will go away because I was living in Australia earlier, I'm here now. The Kubotas are being delivered today and tomorrow and so another journey begins.

Exactly, the original dealer was part of the problem, they went bankrupt. The latest dealer has tried to fix the problems, others keep popping up. It's a mfg quality problem and you don't fix those issues in the field, it's upstream at design and production.
