Ray - I'll make sure to install a fan to help with the intense heat and exhaust fumes so all I will need to worry about are hornets and slipping clutches/brakes.![]()
The cab on these is a separate piece, so it probably will be much more comfortable. On the Bantam, everything is in the same space.
The drum brakes that hold the spools on the Bantam, need to be adjusted as they heat up, and loosened when they are cool. There is no hydraulic assist, it's all mechanical. So, you are constantly adjusting them to make it easier to hold the load. If you don't have them right, sometimes you are pushing them so hard, you come right out of the seat. :laughing:
