Wow, one of my favorite subjects to get my blood pressure up a notch or two.

As a Manager I am expected to give. I do. 1.00 per month.

Hey, I contribute. I decided many years ago to keep my donations a one on one personal thing. I don't need a middle man skimming his part.

And, those telemarketers ....... I better quit now. I will say something that I will be sorry I said.

My favorite reply to telemarketers is "he died"........ if they still continue, I say ...... "he died 15 minutes ago" ...... if they continue...... I hang up.....

I once had a very persistent charity telemarketer, continually calling me at my small business for a donation. Finally after many courteous declines to contribute, I instructed my assistant to put on a very somber tone and advise the telemarketer, I had died. Without missing a beat, he said "that's too bad" and asked for my business partner... /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
