I know it's a long time ago but I purchased the Mahindra ssqa "tool carrier" in 2004 for $600 for my ML112 loader. I also bought the Mahindra 6' qa bucket to go with it, also $600. My loader came new with a pinned 5' bucket and that was just wrong for a tractor that uses all 6' implements. The capacity of the 6' bucket was a HUGE improvement over the original 5'.

Hey, it has been a while...Lol

Do you have a pic? I can't find any info on it, maybe a link to the discussion (or even better a buy link) ? Thanks, buddy.

OK, it was April 2005 that I purchased the ssqa adapter & bucket. I bought it thru a Mahindra dealer but it was manufactured & shipped from KMW in Kansas to me directly.

#1300-3198 Bucket, 72" Series 15 SS

Of course you know KMW built our loaders and they are/were located in Sterling, Kansas. I got this info from the packing slip I still have. No telling what they will cost if they even still make them. I need to have a new hard edge put on my bucket - it's had so much use in all these years it's almost gone but the bucket is in otherwise excellent condition. Good luck on your search !!

Thanks.

Yeah, my cutting edge is worn, too, especially on the edges.

Figure while I'm going to be welding, it's a good time to look at making the SSQA conversion.

I suspect I will have to make a pattern and fab some weld-on brackets for the pin side to a conversion setup.

I don't have a plasma cutter and not looking forward to that much grinding, Lol.

I'm sure *somebody* has a pattern or the ears/brackets, but I haven't found them.

I'll keep looking for another week or so, then have to suck it up and DIY...

Appreciate the help. This site isn't nearly as active as it used to be, now that we are getting to be the old farts. Lol
