I bet he spilled his coffee.

He is pretty lucky with that trick. Those blades are heavy and if a mounting bracket would have broken, the blade could have come through his windshield. That might have hurt a little.

Any one want to guess on how much he is seeking for his law suit.

this reminds me of an episode I had 30 yrs ago. I was working for an ag company spreading fertilizer. imagine driving across a field and you're suddenly staring at the sky like this guy. In my case there was about a foot of those giant 5 ft tall tires left showing out of the dry ground. I couldn't figure out why or how I could have got stuck there until the owners came to pull me out. They had bulldozed a house and pushed it into the foundation and covered it with dirt, obviously it hadn't settled.

How can you fault the truck driver or the land owner ?

Looks more like a sink hole under the pavement.

That would be somewhat shocking.

That looks like the top level of a parking garage to me.

Fox says the hole was all ready there?

Yes, it was a parking garage. Fell to next floor. Happened in GA.

Around here if you sign most commercial snow contracts it says the operator is responsible for damage to the lot, ie tearing up curbs and shopping cart stands & building awnings. Parking garage??? how did he get the truck up there? most are built so you can not get a truck in them? He hope the owner of the building said go to top and plow that or he is screwed, and paying for it.

looks like top of garage is connected to street where he came in. What was the garage roof rated for ? did the driver plow with same truck there before ? why wasnt it caught before he fell through?

The way I take it, the hole was all ready there, no:confused:

I doubt the hole was allready there, seems like we'd of noticed an intent in the snow? IMO I think he was over weight for the job?

If Fox is reporting it, it was probably a hole made by a liberal to trap the conservative plow driver.

If it was CNN, just reverse that.
