Are you missing a zero in your dollar amounts?
Still thinking that’s way too much for a machine that’s 23 years old. I’m assuming that you’re talking in the $30 thousands. We will contact the owner of 2001 John Deere 4700 but dropping its price by 10K seems unrealistic.
I copied and pasted what the retailer wrote me.Are you missing a zero in your dollar amounts?
A low-hour machine can mean several things and they're not all good. It may have spent more time in the shop than in the field. Or the previous owner couldn't use it--Too big for his use, didn't understand the mechanics and/or abused the heck out of it.Locally found a 2001 John Jeere 4700 with less than 200 hours on it AND is hydrostatic. Asking over 30K for it and looking at them on-line seems to be waaaaay to much.
