Phil, if she's serious, go to uspa.org for a USPA (US Parachute Association) approved school/drop zone.
A few more pics from DeLand '85 (I'm in blue jump suit with red stripes). One of the professional photographers, who was shooting video of 4-way competition jumps all week, volunteered to video our "fun jump" & even payed his own way (unheard of!)! He said he was burned out from the comp jumps & needed a break. When we got to the ground, he said he giggled all the way down!
That night in the hanger while they were showing all the competition jumps, our "tube dive" was shown 3 or 4 times (including a shot from the plane, you can see that camera man hanging out a window of the DC3). The crowd (about 2-300) roared with laughter. Later that night the camera man (Gus Wing) found our camp site & enjoyed some of our single malt scotch while telling lies (AKA jump stories).
