I got ahold of RCO today. Again they were as helpful as can be. He said the problem with the FEL is a common one with those kind of Koyker controls, haning to do with moisture getting inside a rubber boot. I took it off and tried to lubricate it with WD-40 per his instructions but it still takes a lot of force to raise or lower the bucket. RCO assured me they would get Koyker to send new control valves. He also told me to send pictures of the leaking seal on the front wheel and he would send a new seal.
I can't complain at all about the support I have recieved. I just hope a seal is not too hard to replace.....
