Full refund. Can't get into why. I rebuilt my grandfathers International 1979 784. I can pick up a load of dirt with it. Where I had to raise the bucket on the new tractor then take a shovel and put a load of dirt. I can shut off the international and start it back up. starting the other tractor and you had to leave it running and rake up useless HRS because if you shut it off you had a hard time getting it to start.
