Kubota BX 24
I am seriously thinking of trading in / selling the BX24 for either of these 2 models with a backhoe. I use the BX for caring for the 4.5 acre horse farm / house I have. I want something I can mow the lawn with but yet work clearing the land in the back. I have reached the end of the BX capabilities and I am concerned if I keep pushing it somethings going to break.

My local dealer can give me either one for about the same price for the TLB.
Now I know that the 2630 is the premier series and the 3200 is a standard model.

From the booklets the premier series has some things I really want
Independent PTO
Nicer 3pt hitch set up (telescopic stabilizers ect)

The 3200 doesn't have those features but has more HP.

I just did this, I am waiting for delivery on the B2630 right now. Really what decided it for me is that they are pretty much the same price. (Within 500 bucks) I really wanted the upgraded 3 point features. I have to maintain my driveway and I wanted the position control.
That being said I really like the FEL control by the seat on the B3200.
Swivel seat is something else. I like two seats on the BH. It's all personnel preference on things like that.
Also something else is the 3cylnder vs 4. Let the deciding begin.

I would pick something else, but that wasn't the question. That is a hard choice between the two mentioned, but I have pretty much decided I will never buy anything again without the position control and telescopic stabilizers, so...

So what would you pick?
These were the options the dealer could do the best deal on since he had them in storage.

I had the same decision to make as you a couple of months back. What clinched it for me was when I drove them both. The premium '30 series just seemed so much smoother (some have mentioned excess vibration on the B3200's and I did notice this) Also having a B7800 previously with the quarter inching valve as opposed to the postion control definitely pushed me toward the '30 series. At the time there was 1,000 cash back on the B2630 (may still be ?), so it made the choice simple for me. I have the MMM and mow with mine, and I am still dumbfounded on how well it gets around trees etc. Being able to back up on a dime and switch direction almost makes it feel like a zero turn !

Hope that helps in your decision, but driving one of each should help to steer you one way or the other. :)

I've owned a L3240 that had all the Deluxe options and I've owned a B3200 that had the extra HP for the B size. If I were only doing FEL work and mowing I'd go for the B2630 between the two choices for the deluxe features. But you have several implements and want a BH so you need to talk to someone that knows the power requirements of your implements and make your decision based on your power needs/requirements first. If either machine will power them adequately then decide on the B2630.:)

From what I can tell the FEL and BH specs are identical between machines. So at this point it comes down to pure HP vs the deluxe features.

I have seen the posts on the 4cly vibrations issues in the machines with those engines. other than PTO implements what will the extra HP get me?

In all likelihood, I would go with a B3030 HSTC. I really like the L3240, but the cost and extra size/weight may be problematic depending on your property.

In the end, your opinion is the only one that counts, so good luck with your shopping.

If you want the deluxe features of the B2630 and the HP of the B3200 why not just get the B3030. I find the B3030 fast and very smooth with plenty of power. I got the Woods BH80X instead of the Kubota BH simply for price. Whatever you choose add the ATI tach all SSQA its worth the price.

I also suggest the B3030, it is only $700 more (dealer cost) over the B2630. Work your dealer for a deal. For 10 or 12 bucks a month more for the B3030 (60 month 0%) it is worth it.
