3-Point Hitch Upper Stop on the Posituon Control Lever

I would like to adjust the UPPER limit on the draft control lever. I cannot figure out how to loosen it. There are no Allen/hex holes to loosen it. I tried a vice grip and I can't get it to turn-loosen. The lower limit stop moves just fine. It has a plastic wing nut on it that. Works well.

Has anyone else moved the upper limit?

I have a new 4025 (28 hours now).

I believe the upper limit stop is set at the factory and they do not want you to adjust it. Somewhere in the back of my mind I remember reading that in the manual somewhere.

I also own a 4025 with 23 hours and the manual definetly says " do not adjust the factory setting". I would leave it as is and try to find another solution.
