I have had no signs of any kind of damage.

When I used to have a dairy farm before becoming disabled, we ran chains on the tractor we cleaned the barns with and the tractor pulled the feed wagon with. Never noticed any damage to the floors, scraping the floors with the loader wore the floor more than the chains did. The chains wore faster on concrete than on dirt, however, the extra traction on floors with frozen manure on them out weighed the wear.

I have chains on all 4 and park it in my garage. I've been using chains on my tractors for last 12 years and don't show any sign of damage to floor. I suppose if one would spin the tires or lock them up pulling in it might cause some scuffing or scraping to concrete. I have 4 link ladder on rear and V bars on front.
That being said I must say my garage floor is not finely polished nor painted. When poured I told the mason I did not want it smooth as glass but smooth enough to easily sweep. If yours is very smooth or painted I could see where chains would mark them up. If you are concerned you could buy some rubber stall mats from TSC or some cheap particle board and put them down to park on. Here's a couple pics of my floor.

I use 2 link ladder chains on the rear of my tractor and haven't had any issues. I thought I might have to put some type of rubber down but never needed it.

I use 24x36 rubber mud flaps to drive on in the winter in the garage. Helps to protect the concrete from the sharp v-bars, catch mud & melted snow. Also put one under the loader bucket ot keep it from freezing to the floor

The amount of damage to the cement floor depends on the type of chains and the weight of the tractor. Aggressive ice studded chains with loaded tires on a mid size compact tractor will start to chew up the concrete surface, I found out. I put down scraps of sheathing to drive on. Anything to keep the studs off the concrete.

I owned a Kubota once but they don't make them in Blue. Over the years I've had blue, gray, green, orange, red, and now back to blue. No leaks yet other than a hyd. line which I fixed, knock on wood.

Good Morning Coobie,
I have chains on my 49 Super A Farmall, they have the ice cleats and they do pock mark the concrete floor. That tractor is only about 2500 lbs, although I do have about 400 additional lbs on the drawbar. I would suggest some plywood sheathing or rubber mats as someone else suggested, if your worried about marking up your floor !
