Selling our acreage, and no longer need our yard tractor, its a 2007 B2320 with 50 hrs thats been shedded...any ideas what you think a fair asking price would be?
While the "total" price depends entirely upon attachments and implements, a 4 year old, absurdly low hour Kubota is an easy enough sell, but you're not going to necessarily like the offers you may get from shoppers. They want to save big, big money for having to pay cash and taking a tractor out of warranty.
There will be the "right" buyer. You'll have to exercise great patience.
You'll likely have to be down 20% off current selling prices of new, as an incentive, to compete. I paid under $15K for a new B2320, HST, FEL just a few months ago. Ignoring the implements, $11,900 for tractor/loader. My best $.03 guess.
I'd say 20 to 30% less than current new price for the Tractor, FEL, MMM and half on other implements. A new tractor can be bought for 10 to 15% less than MSRP plus the value of the warranty and 0% financing has to be worth at least 10 to 15%.
