That's interesting...I asked the friendly TSC person for a 5' rotary cutter. They gave me prices for a finish mower. /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif And I went and bought a 5' Woods BrushBull for $860 instead.

A local dealer here (N TX) is advertising new Howse 5' rotary cutters for $399. I paid $500 for a 6' a couple years ago.

I certainly hope they do. Will be watching the Vestal and Cortland NY stores to get a 5' KingKutter rotary mower and 5' box blade. Any % off at those prices is just an additional bonus.

John Miller III; I'm seeing the 5' KK at my local TSC at $550. Are you sure about the $499 price? What can you tell me to tell them to get that deal? Also, can you tell me anything about their sale pricing on KK 5' box blades. I see TSC selling them at $300 here. Thanks.

John, someone on another thread suggested that, if you don't already have one, getting a new TSC credit card would qualify you for 10% off your first credit card purchase. Last week a couple new TSC's in the area had 10% off coupons sent out in fliers in their locales but they were good at any TSC. If we could combine those with the credit card discount we'd be under $700 for the pair of 5' implements. /w3tcompact/icons/clever.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
