Used bx2230 - What's fair?

I've got an opportunity at buying a used bx2230 w/ 60" mid mower, loader valve (but no loader), and rear powered Kubota three bag grass catcher.
Hours are just 86. It'd involve a 16hr round trip drive or shipping.

I'm looking at it primarily as a yard maintenance solution - grass/leaves.

Would like your input as to a fair price range.

I think I would be willing to pay up to $9000 for that setup. Assuming that it is in excellent condition and it should be with only 86 hrs. You will want to add the loader in the future. Next to my mower, my loader is the most used implement that I own. The bagger works well but it is a bear to attach.

Estimates have ranged from 7,800 up to 9,000.
Repeatedly, not having a loader has been the biggest negative - due to exactly what you mentioned - it's number 1 after the mower.
The average was $8,300.
Sources of prices were TBN, yahoo's bx2230 group, and a few dealers.
I think the variation in prices was due to regional differences in part.
Also, there's a difference between 'whats it worth' and 'what would you pay now in cash'.
