Mowing Used Cub Cadet RZT-50 mower

Looked at a used private owner of a 2004 model RZT-50 22 HP zero turn with 20 hours. He uses it for his own lawn. Wants 1850 for it. Unit looks good so was wondering if they hold up okay and if this sounds like a fair price? Any major problems with these?

Well, that is the max number of acres that unit is recommended for. So as long as you take care of it then it should be fine.
