Backhoe Used Farmtrac 4007 backhoe Help

My neighbor has a farmtrac 270dtc with a 4007 model backhoe that he doesn't use very often anymore. He has offered me use of the backhoe if I could put it on my tractor a Montana 4340C. It is a subframe mount so I will need to either buy or fabricate some mounts for my tractor.

My questions are:

Will it fit my tractor?

Can I purchase mounts for my tractor? If I can where can I?

Who makes the farmtrac backhoes?

Any previous farmtrac dealers or montana dealers that can help me with this?

Am I aright that Ameriquip makes the farmtrac backhoes???

I'm sure it can be made to fit.
